Description
Its flavour is homemade. The secret of this jalapeño chilli sauce is: roasting the jalapeño chilli, the green tomato and garlic to enhance their flavours and balance the acidity and spiciness. It is later ground in a molcajete of volcanic stone just like it is done in all traditional Mexican homes.
This sauce is perfect to accompany meats, fish, chicken, stews, soups, tacos, Mexican antojitos, amongst others. We invite you to try it!
