Description

Tortilla press made of cast iron, are especially designed to make authentic corn flours in the artisan way. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly prior to initial use. After use, the press should be relatively easy to clean, and a wipe down with a dry towel should suffice. If that is not enough, clean immediately with hot water and a brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Store your tortilla press in a clean, dry place. This is especially important in humid climates where condensation could cause rust.
