Tostadas with Chicken Tinga & Refried Beans

Ingredients (included in bundle):

• Mestizo Crispy Corn Tortillas (Tostadas)
• Shredded Chicken Tinga
• Refried Black Beans

Optional toppings (recommended):

• Sour cream
• Queso fresco or grated cheese
• Fresh coriander
• Sliced avocado
• Lime wedges
• Pickled onions or jalapeños

Instructions:

1. Heat the beans
   Warm the refried black beans in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot.
2. Heat the chicken tinga
   In a separate pan, heat the shredded chicken tinga until fully warmed through.
3. Prepare the base
   Take a crispy tostada and spread a generous layer of warm refried beans.
4. Add the topping
   Spoon the chicken tinga on top of the beans.
5. Finish with toppings
   Add your choice of toppings: sour cream, cheese, avocado, coriander, and a squeeze of lime.

Serving tip:

Serve immediately to keep the tostadas crispy. Perfect for sharing or as a quick Mexican-style meal at home.
