Balmoro Man-Go is a snack of dried mango slices coated in a sweet and spicy chile seasoning, in a 250 g resealable red pouch. Balmoro’s description says the mango enchilado is popular for its flavour and the quality of its fruit, and it combines one of the best-loved fruits with the heat of chile piquín. The brand’s listings describe it as made with 100% natural mango and chiles, and made in Mexico. Balmoro also sells a hotter “Extreme” version, so the standard one is the milder of the two. 

How to use
Ready to eat straight from the bag as a sweet, tangy and spicy snack. It also works as a topping for fruit salad, yoghurt, ice cream or cocktails, and as a garnish for micheladas or drinks with a chile rim.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and close the bag after opening.

Nutritional information
The bag carries two Mexican warning seals, “Exceso calorías” (excess calories) and “Exceso azúcares” (excess sugars), so you can state both. H-E-B lists the Extreme variant at 290 kcal and 63 g sugars per 100 g, but nutrition apps give different values (about 320 to 330 kcal per 100 g), so please use the table on your bag.
