Valentina sauce, also known as Valentina's salsa picante, or hot sauce, is a great chilli sauce with flavour as well as heat. Made from dried arbol chillies with a citrusy twist, this Cocktail Valentina Sauce is perfect for accompanying seafood such as shrimps. This seafood twist on the classic Valentina sauce can also be used as a dip for snacks and crisps.
