Description Pack of 30 corn tortillas. of 12 cm each. Corn tortillas are a staple part of Mexican food and have been for centuries. They are the preferred type of tortilla in Central and Southern parts of the country (as opposed to wheat tortillas) and are used in a huge variety of different dishes.
PREPARATION AND USAGE:
Corn tortillas are extremely versatile and can be used to make quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos, and other Mexican dishes. They are a great accompaniment to chilli con carne or for scooping up salsa and guacamole. For best results, heat the tortillas in a pan or on a comal for 1 to 1½ minutes before serving.
