Marinade Sauce:

Instructions: Get a plastic bag, put inside your option of meat, fish or vegetables. Pour in the marinade to cover. Toss until nicely coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake in the oven or grill on the BBQ until tender and perfectly cooked.

Ingredients: Chipotle chilli (13%), Tomato puree, Lemon juice, Spices, a dash of Salt and Sugar, Water, Sunflower Oil, Vitamin C, Xanthan gum

Mild Chipotle:

Cont. 150ml

Ingredients: Tomato, Chipotle chilli (8.5%), Water, Lemon, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable oil, Spices, Vitamin C, Xanthan gum.

Jalapeño:

Cont. 150 ml

Ingredients: Jalapeño chilli (50%), Water, Salt, Xanthan gum
