What is Adobo seasoning made of?
Adobo seasoning is a mix of ancho chilli, garlic and onion powders, as well as salt and pepper. It has sesame seeds for a slight nutty flavour and a few extra spices to help balance out the flavours and create a delicious seasoning mix.
