This nuez atole powder makes it easier than ever to whip up a hot atole drink, whether it’s morning, afternoon or evening.

One sachet of nuez atole powder makes around 5 cups.

To make coconut atole:

• Dissolve the nuez atole sachet into one cup of cold milk (approximately 240ml).
• Separately, boil one litre of milk on the stove or in the microwave.
• Combine the cup of atole mix into the boiling milk.
• Let it boil for 2 more minutes, stirring constantly. If heating in the microwave, heat for two minutes, taking out to stir frequently.
• Use sugar or honey to sweeten to taste.
